Conversion Delivery Portal
Your conversion delivery portal shows whether TNT Growth (Flex) sent conversions to your ad platforms, and which ones failed to send. You open it from a private link your TNT Growth contact shares with you. You do not need a TNT Growth staff login.
Use the portal to spot delivery gaps, like a rising failure rate or a missing click ID, and to match a Flex send to a click in your ads manager using the click ID on each record.
Opening the portal
Your link looks like:
https://jointntgrowth.com/portal/YOUR_ACCESS_CODE/conversions
You can bookmark it. The date range you pick is stored in the URL, so the same view can be shared with a colleague who already has access.
The link is your access. Anyone who has it can see delivery data for your account, including click IDs. Do not post it in public Slack channels, tickets, or email threads that leave your organization. If the link was shared too widely, ask your TNT Growth contact to revoke it and send a new one.
If the link is expired or revoked, you will see an access or expired page. Contact your TNT Growth account manager for a new link.
How to read the page
Timezone
All calendar days on the portal use America/New_York, based on Flex send time (when TNT Growth recorded the send). That can differ from the conversion time shown inside Google Ads, Meta Events Manager, or other ad platforms.
Date range
Use the date control to pick a preset (for example last 7 days) or a custom range. Totals, charts, named actions, and Records all follow the window you select.
Volume chart
This shows sent volume over time, broken out by platform. Counts are delivery rows (each send Flex recorded in the window), not unique conversions. A retry can add another row, including for a conversion that already sent successfully.
- Multi-day ranges use daily buckets.
- A single day (or Live mode, when available) uses hourly buckets so you can see spikes within the day.
Platform cards and stats
Summary cards show how each connected platform performed in the window. Platform tabs open health-style stats such as:
- Success rate and failure / partial-failure rate
- Click ID coverage (how many rows have a platform click ID)
- Top actions or events
- Error breakdown with plain-language categories (for example click expired or click timing)
Google may show a partial failure rate when the platform accepted the conversion only in part. Those rows still count as sent Google rows, not as failed to send.
Named actions
This table lists human-readable conversion action or event names with sent and failed to send counts for the window. Names that cannot be shown safely are left out of this table. They still count in overall totals.
Records
This is the detailed list of individual sends in the window. You can filter by platform and page through the results.
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Send time | When Flex recorded the send |
| Platform | Advertising platform |
| Event / action | Display name for the conversion |
| Status | Success, Partial (Google), or Failed to send |
| Why it failed | Short category when a send failed |
| Click id | Platform click identifier you can copy and use to find the click in your ads UI |
Status meanings
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Success | Flex successfully sent the conversion to the platform |
| Partial | Google accepted the conversion only in part |
| Failed to send | Flex could not deliver the conversion. Check Why it failed. |
What the portal never shows
For privacy and safety, the portal does not include:
- Email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers
- Raw request or response payloads from the ad platforms
- Order IDs or internal engineering fields
- Raw Google conversion action resource names
If you need something outside this view, ask your TNT Growth contact.
Tips for reconciling with ads managers
- Start from a click ID on a Records row, then search that ID in the ads platform.
- Compare the same calendar days carefully. Portal days are America/New_York Flex send time.
- Portal totals can include every connected platform in the window. An ads manager view is usually one platform only.
Need help?
Contact your TNT Growth account manager. They can refresh access, walk through the date window with you, or dig into delivery issues that need the internal tools behind this portal.
